  • 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 oz. bulk sausage
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Cook sausage; crumble and drain.
