- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 34 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 34 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 14 cup buttermilk
- 14 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Place the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar in bowl.

2Rub in butter with your fingers.

3Mix in milk with fork until dough forms.

4Turn dough out onto a floured surface; sprinkle with a little flour and lightly knead.

5Flatten it into round circle 1/2-inch thick.

6Cut into 8 triangles.

7Put on cookie sheet 2 to 3-inches apart.

8Bake at 450F for 10 minutes.
