  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. grated lemon or orange rind
  • 1/3 c. raisins
  • flour for kneading

    Stir with fork until soft dough is formed. Knead for

    Roll each piece into a circle a half inch thick. Cut each
