- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- cold water
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Rub in butter til crumbly.

3Mix in beaten eggs.

4Add enough cold water to make a soft dough.

5Turn onto floured board and pat to 1 inch thickness.

6Cut in rounds or squares.

7Fold in half and brush with milk.

8Place on greased baking sheet.

9Dust each with sugar.

10Bake 400F 15 minutes.

11Serve hot with butter and jam.
