- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 pkg. English muffins
Directions

1Fry bacon; set aside, crumbled.

2Boil eggs; chop.

3Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream.

4Halve English muffins.

5Mix bacon, eggs and cheese mixture together.

6Proportion on each English muffin half.

7Place grated cheese (any kind) over each muffin.

8Heat in oven at 400° for 10 minutes until cheese melts. Good to freeze.
