  • 9 eggs, beaten
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

    Fry sausage and drain; cool.

    Mix the rest into bowl.

    When sausage is cool, mix together.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
