- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 slices bread, cubed
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 6 eggs
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Crumble cooked sausage; drain.

3Beat together eggs, milk, mustard and salt.

4Scatter bread cubes in a baking dish.

5Sprinkle sausage and cheese over bread. Pour eggs and milk mixture over.

7Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
