- 9 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 slices bread, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown sausage over medium heat in skillet, stirring until crumbly.

2Drain well on paper towels.

3Combine with remaining ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well.

4Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Chill, covered, in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
