- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 8 eggs, whipped
- 2 c. milk
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Layer bread and sausage in oblong casserole dish.

2Pour mixture of eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt and pepper into the pan.

3Refrigerate overnight.

4Top with cheese and cook at 350° until brown (approximately 20 to 30 minutes).

5Serve with biscuits or rolls.
