- 1 1/2 c. frozen hash browns (12 oz.)
- dash of salt and pepper
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- another dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a heavy 10-inch skillet, arrange bacon slices.

2Cook until bacon is crisp.

3Remove skillet from heat.

4Remove and crumble the bacon.

5Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of fat.

6Add potatoes to skillet.

7Sprinkle with dash of salt and pepper.

8Return to stove and stir-fry until potatoes are light brown.
