Ingredients

  • 100 grams King oyster mushrooms
  • 100 grams Maitake mushrooms
  • 100 grams Bunashimeji (Brown Beech) mushrooms
  • 100 grams Bunapi (White Beech) mushrooms
  • 50 ml Vegetable oil (or olive oil)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper

Directions

    Cut the stems off of the mushrooms.

    Divide the mushrooms into bite-size pieces (shred your hands or cut).

    Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  4. 4
    Add Step 1 and quickly blanch.

    Drain.

    When mushrooms from (2) cool off, transfer to a container.

    Add the vegetable oil, salt and pepper and mix to make the marinade.

    Store in the refrigerator.
