- 2 eggs
- 4 strips bacon
- 2 potatoes
- 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Spray skillet with vegetable oil.

2Dice potatoes and bacon. Scramble eggs in small bowl.

3Cook diced bacon in skillet.

4Add potatoes.

5Cover with lid for about 3 minutes until cooked, then add eggs in and cook until done.

6Warm tortilla and add 3 tablespoons cooked eggs, bacon and potatoes into tortilla and top with cheese; enjoy.
