  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 4)
  • 1/4 c. hot pepper sauce
  • lettuce leaves
  • celery leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 5 Tbsp. Blue cheese, crumbled

    Rinse chicken and pat dry.

    Pound to 1/4-inch thickness.

    In a large glass bowl, mix together butter and pepper sauce for marinade.

    Add chicken, turn to coat.

    Cover and refrigerate 15 to 30 minutes.

    Remove chicken, spoon 1 tablespoon cheese onto center of each chicken breast. Fold in sides of chicken around cheese. Fasten with toothpicks.

    Place in baking dish.

    Cover with wax paper.

    Microwave on Medium-high
