- 2 cups brown rice flour
- 1 tablespoon charcoal
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 12 cup chopped parsley
- 13 cup chopped of fresh mint
- 23 cup milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Combine flour, salt and charcoal.

3In a medium bowl, combine egg, oil, parsley and mint; mix well.

4Slowly stir in flour mixture, then add enough milk to make a dough the consistency of drop biscuits.

5Drop heaping tablespoons of dough about 1 in.

6apart onto greased baking sheets.

7Bake 15 min., or until firm.

8Store cooled biscuits in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
