  • 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 14 jalapeno pepper (with seeds)

  • 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 6 tablespoons garlic paste
  • 1 14 tablespoons pureed chipotle chiles
  • 1 14 cups heavy cream
  • 34 cup chicken stock
  • salt and pepper
  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 ounce vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 3 ounces shrimp
  • 5 pieces andouille sausages
  • 3 ounces roasted red and yellow peppers
  • 8 ounces cooked pasta, Linguini
  • 14 ounce fresh basil
  • 1 ounce diced tomato
  • freshly shredded parmesan cheese

    Sauce:.

    Heat oil in a sauce pan.

    Add onion, garlic and jalapeno and saute over medium heat until lightly brown.

    Add the chili powder.

    cumin and tomato paste cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

    Add mustard, garlic puree, chipotle puree, cream and stock and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Add Parmesan cheese and thoroughly incorporate into the sauce.

    Heat oil in a skillet and add the garlic, shrimp and sausage.
