  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 can of beer i used budweiser
  • 2 cup romano
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar
  • 1 cup pepper jack

Directions

    Empty beer into pot, add chicken stock and bring to slight boil.

    Add in any extra cheeses and your herbs and spices.

    Stir on a simmer until ingredients blended.

    Serve with pretzel sticks or bread of your choice to amp up the flavor.
