Brian'S Raspberry-Chocolate Pie

- 1 sheet puff pastry dough
- 1 large box chocolate pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 pt. raspberries or frozen, thawed and drained
Directions

1Roll puff pastry sheet (with flour) to fit inside 13 x 11-inch baking pan.

2Bake in 450° oven for 10 minutes or until light brown. Cook pudding and milk according to pie recipe on pudding box. Stir in cream cheese on low heat and add powdered sugar.

3Pour into prepared puff pastry.

4Cool and top with raspberries and whipped cream, if desired.
