  • 2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • dash of red pepper
  • 1/2 lb. sausage (more or less)
  • 1 (No. 10) can Great Northern white beans

Directions

    Melt butter and add crumbled sausage to brown.

    Add onions and cook until tender.

    Add 1 can Great Northern beans.

    Add 1/2 can water.

    Cook for about one hour.
