Ingredients

  • 5 cups leftover cooked turkey
  • 1 (16 ounce) sour cream
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) bagshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (12 ounce) box Ritz crackers
  • 12-1 cup margarine, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degree (F).

    Combine all ingredients together, except for crackers and butter.

    Make sure mixture is well moistened.

    Add more sour cream or cream of mushroom soup if not moist enough; more turkey if there is too much sour cream and mushroom soup.

    Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.

    Mix together crackers and melted butter.

    Place cracker mixture on top of turkey mixture.

    Bake for 45 minutes or until topping is browned.
