  • 8 slices chicken cutlets
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 pkg. MBT chicken broth
  • 8 oz. water
  • 1/4 c. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 c. marsala or white wine
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 can or 1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Place flour, paprika and pepper in plastic bag.

    Shake chicken cutlets in bag (a few at a time) until coated thoroughly.

    Fry in butter and oil until golden brown.

    Place cutlets in a shallow baking or roasting pan.
