- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 pkg. MBT chicken broth
- 8 oz. water
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. marsala or white wine
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- pepper to taste
- 1 can or 1 pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Place flour, paprika and pepper in plastic bag.

2Shake chicken cutlets in bag (a few at a time) until coated thoroughly.

3Fry in butter and oil until golden brown.

4Place cutlets in a shallow baking or roasting pan.
