- 1/2 lb. Brie, at room temperature
- 1 c. unsalted butter, at room temperature (2 sticks)
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Combine cheese and butter in a food processor and process until creamy.

2Add flour, cayenne, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Mix, pushing on and off until a very soft dough forms.

3Transfer the dough to a plate and shape into a log about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

4Wrap tightly in plastic and refrigerate overnight.
