- Water 2 gal
- Maple syrup .75 c
- Mollasas .25 c
- Soy Sauce .75 c
- Lemon juice .25 c
- Ginger, fresh 4 oz
- Cloves 5 ea
Directions

11) Take 1 gal of water and mix rest of ingredients with it.

22) Bring to boil on stove and let simmer 15 min.

33) Remove from stove and add 1 gal of ice.

44) Put turkey into plastic bag and pour cold brine over.

55) Squeeze excess air out of the bag and put into refridgeration for 24 hours.(make sure brine covers turkey)
