  • Water 2 gal
  • Maple syrup .75 c
  • Mollasas .25 c
  • Soy Sauce .75 c
  • Lemon juice .25 c
  • Ginger, fresh 4 oz
  • Cloves 5 ea

Directions

    1) Take 1 gal of water and mix rest of ingredients with it.

    2) Bring to boil on stove and let simmer 15 min.

    3) Remove from stove and add 1 gal of ice.

    4) Put turkey into plastic bag and pour cold brine over.
  5. 5
    5) Squeeze excess air out of the bag and put into refridgeration for 24 hours.(make sure brine covers turkey)
