Ingredients
- 5 lb. brisket
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 medium onion
- Lawry's seasoned salt
- Accent
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- paprika
- 1 can beer
- 1/3 c. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Marinate by sprinkling vinegar and seasonings over meat.

2Cover and refrigerate 12 hours.

3Place meat in broiler pan and brown at 350° for 1 hour.

4Transfer to Dutch oven.

5Slice onion over top of meat.

6Mix drippings from browning pan with 1 can beer, 1/3 cup chili sauce and 1 tablespoon brown sugar.

7Add enough water to total 2 cups liquid.

8Cover; bake at 325° for 4 hours.

9Cool in liquid and refrigerate until cold.

10Slice when cold.

11When ready to serve, heat in 200° oven for 1 hour.

12Gravy will be thin.
