- celery, onion, garlic salt
- 3 oz. liquid smoke
- Worcestershire sauce
- barbecue sauce
Directions

1Rub brisket with celery salt, garlic salt and onion salt.

2Put in Pyrex and pour liquid smoke over it.

3Cover and refrigerate overnight.

4Pour off liquid.

5Salt and pepper lightly.

6Sprinkle with Worcestershire.

7Bake at 275° for 5 hours, covered.

8Turn and cover with barbecue sauce.

9Cook at 250° for 1 hour.
