  • 1 envelope Lipton dry onion and mushroom soup
  • 1 bottle liquid smoke

Directions

    Place brisket in large cooking bag.

    Sprinkle contents of soup mix and pour on liquid smoke over brisket.

    Close bag and puncture holes in top.
  4. 4
    Place in large roasting pan and cook at 250° for 8 hours.

    (It cooks while I sleep.)
