  • 5 lb. brisket
  • 1 pkg. onion soup
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. grape jelly

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Put half solution on bottom of brisket and other half on top.

    Cover with foil; bake at 300° to 325° at least 3 hours.
