- 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 3 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. celery salt
- 3 to 5 lb. beef brisket, untrimmed
- black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Make a paste of the first 4 ingredients.

2Paint the brisket with the paste; wrap tightly in heavy-duty foil.

3Seal.

4Marinate in refrigerator overnight.

5Sprinkle with pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

6Rewrap tightly in the same foil.

7Place in shallow roasting pan and bake at 225° to 250° for 6 to 8 hours. Remove from foil and brown on the grill, if desired.

8Recipe can be doubled or tripled to accommodate larger briskets.
