  • 1 whole Beef Brisket
  • 2 whole Potatoes
  • 3 whole Carrots
  • 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 packages Onion Soup Mix (1-2 Ounce Packet)

Directions

    Buy a brisket big enough to fit in a 9X13 baking dish with a little room to spare.

    Peel and cut some potatoes and carrots and place them around the brisket in the baking dish.

    Mix brown sugar, ketchup, apple cider vinegar and onion soup mix together and pour over brisket, potatoes and carrots in the 9X13 dish.

    Cover and bake for 3-3 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
