  • 3 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 (12 oz.) can beer (1 1/2 c.)
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 4 peppercorns
  • 1 bay leaf

Directions
