- 8 to 10 lb. beef, trimmed
- 1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 bottle liquid smoke
- 1/2 bottle Heinz 57 sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Sprinkle beef with seasoned salt and black pepper.

2Marinate overnight in salad dressing and liquid smoke.

3Leave marinade in pan when ready to cook and add Worcestershire sauce.

4Cover with foil and cook 4 hours at 275°.

5Remove foil and pour Heinz 57 sauce over beef.

6Bake an additional hour, uncovered.

7Slice across the grain and enjoy.
