Broccoli Almondine

  • 4 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. sherry
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. chopped blanched almonds
  • butter

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cook chopped broccoli in about 3/4 cup water until almost tender.

    Drain.

    Fold mushroom soup into broccoli.

    Heat until soup begins to boil.

    Add 2 to 3 tablespoons sherry wine and salt and pepper to taste.
