- 1 lb. beef
- salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. wine
- 1/2 bunch broccoli, cut into 3-inch pieces
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 3 tsp. oil
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Carefully slice beef into thin pieces across the grain. Marinate beef in soy sauce, wine and salt.

2Place oil in wok and heat to smoking point.

3Quickly stir-fry beef about 3 minutes. Remove beef. Add broccoli to wok with water and sugar.

4Turn heat to medium-high. Cover and cook 6 minutes.

5Lift cover.

6Stir occasionally. Serve with beef.
