- 1 lb. fresh broccoli
- 1/2 lb. fresh carrots
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. each: black pepper, basil and tarragon
Directions

1In pan over high heat, steam 1 pound fresh broccoli and 1/2 pound carrots, sliced.

2Steam 10 minutes or until tender.

3In small pan over medium heat, melt butter.

4Add basil, garlic, pepper and tarragon; cook 1 minute.

5Drain broccoli and carrots and pour butter mixture over vegetables.

6Toss.
