  • 1 lb. fresh broccoli
  • 1/2 lb. fresh carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. each: black pepper, basil and tarragon

Directions

    In pan over high heat, steam 1 pound fresh broccoli and 1/2 pound carrots, sliced.

    Steam 10 minutes or until tender.

    In small pan over medium heat, melt butter.

    Add basil, garlic, pepper and tarragon; cook 1 minute.

    Drain broccoli and carrots and pour butter mixture over vegetables.

    Toss.
