- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 c. cashew nuts
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to package directions; do not overcook.

2Place drained broccoli in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish and set aside.

3Saute onion in butter until tender.

4Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, sugar, vinegar, poppy seed, salt and paprika. Pour over top of broccoli.

5Sprinkle with cashew nuts.

6Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes, or until heated through.

7Serve at once.
