  • 32 oz. fresh broccoli and cauliflower florets
  • 1 1/2 c. reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 4 oz. shredded, reduced fat Cheddar cheese
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

    Arrange florets in steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well. Arrange florets in greased 2-quart baking dish. Stir mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients. Spoon over florets. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
