  • 1 c. minute rice, uncooked
  • 2 c. fresh broccoli, uncooked
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Layer rice, broccoli, onions and cheese in a greased 8-inch square dish.

    Spread soup over top.

    Drizzle water over casserole. Bake uncovered 350° 45 minutes.

    For meal-in-one-casserole place 1-1/2 cups of chopped cooked chicken over broccoli layer.
