- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stick celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 can milk
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Cook rice and broccoli, separate as directed.

2Saute together margarine, onion and celery on medium heat in saucepan.

3Add cream of mushroom soup and milk.

4Add Velveeta cheese to milk and soup mixture, then add sauteed mixture. Cook on low heat until chunks of cheese melt.

5In 13 x 9-inch greased baking dish.

6Add rice and chopped broccoli, folding lightly.

7Pour sauteed mixture over rice and bake 1/2 hour on 350° or until done.
