- 2 Cups Broccoli flowerets
- 2 Cups Apple, sliced, cored, & cut into bite size pieces
- 1 Small Onion, sliced thinly
- 5 Roasted Almonds
- 1 Cup Low Fat Hung Curd
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine onions,roasted almonds and hung curd . Set aside.

2In a medium bowl, combine apples and lemon juice.

3Stir until apples are well coated with lemon juice; add apples and lemon juice to hung curd mixture.

4Saute broccoli in olive oil for 2-3 min, cool it and add it into the mixture.

5Refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve chill.
