  • 2 Cups Broccoli flowerets
  • 2 Cups Apple, sliced, cored, & cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 Small Onion, sliced thinly
  • 5 Roasted Almonds
  • 1 Cup Low Fat Hung Curd
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine onions,roasted almonds and hung curd . Set aside.

    In a medium bowl, combine apples and lemon juice.

    Stir until apples are well coated with lemon juice; add apples and lemon juice to hung curd mixture.

    Saute broccoli in olive oil for 2-3 min, cool it and add it into the mixture.

    Refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve chill.
