  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • buttered cracker crumbs

    Trim stalks and split into spears.

    In a large pot, bring water to boiling and cook broccoli for 5 to 7 minutes until tender; drain.
