  • 1 c. whipping cream and 1 c. half and half or 1 3/4 c. half and half
  • pie shell (already made)
  • bacon
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese
  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed (1/2 pkg. per quiche)
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper

    Fry bacon until crisp (6 slices per quiche).

    Blot real well. Crumble.

    Blot broccoli real well to get out moisture.
