  • 2 bunches fresh broccoli, cut
  • 1 head garlic, put through press
  • 1/2 c. corn oil (more if needed)
  • 2 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon or to taste
  • 1 stick margarine
  • black pepper
  • grated Romano cheese to taste
  • 1 lb. Rotelle (#124)

Directions

    Steam broccoli until tender.

    Saute pressed garlic in corn oil (on medium heat, do not brown garlic).

    Add 1 stick margarine and broccoli to this mixture.

    Sprinkle with bouillon and black pepper.
  5. 5
    Simmer broccoli while pasta is cooking.
