- 2 bunches fresh broccoli, cut
- 1 head garlic, put through press
- 1/2 c. corn oil (more if needed)
- 2 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon or to taste
- 1 stick margarine
- black pepper
- grated Romano cheese to taste
- 1 lb. Rotelle (#124)
Directions

1Steam broccoli until tender.

2Saute pressed garlic in corn oil (on medium heat, do not brown garlic).

3Add 1 stick margarine and broccoli to this mixture.

4Sprinkle with bouillon and black pepper.

5Simmer broccoli while pasta is cooking.
