  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's condensed cream of broccoli soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, cooked and drained
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions, divided
  • 2 1/2 c. small broccoli florets
  • 3/4 c. low-fat Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. prepared tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • 1 prepared 12-inch pizza crust

    Preheat oven to 450°.

    Heat small saucepan of water to boiling.

    Add broccoli to pan and cook 2 minutes; drain.

    Combine Ricotta and Mozzarella in small bowl.

    Spread over prepared pizza crust, leaving 1-inch border.

    Arrange 1/4 cup broccoli in center, then arrange remaining broccoli around edge of Ricotta.

    Spoon tomato sauce over exposed Ricotta mixture.

    Sprinkle with Romano or Parmesan cheese.

    Bake pizza 10 minutes.
