Broccoli Bars

  • 4 tsp. margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 12 oz. grated Cheddar
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed

Directions

    Mix first five ingredients together.

    Add cheese and broccoli. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350°.

    Let cool slightly before cutting.

    (Chopped spinach can be substituted for broccoli.)
