Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 12 oz. tub small curd cottage cheese
  • 8 or 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli

Directions

    Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. 2
    Mix other ingredients and pour in pan over oleo.
  3. 3
    Bake at 375° for 35 or 40 minutes or until golden brown.
