Broccoli Bread

- 1 loaf frozen bread (any brand)
- 1 large head broccoli
- 1/4 to 1/2 lb. cheese (Provolone or sharp Cheddar or whatever you have around)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Take the frozen dough out the night before and cover with a thin coat of oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray.

3Cover and let it rise overnight.

4Next day, knead dough and roll out to approximately 1/4-inch thick.

5Don't forget to flour your surface!

6Cook broccoli and season to your taste (I use garlic salt), then on top of your dough, put the cheese and then cooked broccoli and roll up!

7Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
