- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing crumbs (Pepperidge Farm)
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to directions; drain well.

2Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs and onion, then blend into cooked broccoli. Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole dish; sprinkle with cheese. Melt margarine; add stuffing crumbs, tossing to mix well. Sprinkle on top of cheese.

3Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until real bubbly.
