  • 5 lb. chopped, peeled ripe tomatoes
  • 3 c. chopped onions
  • 3/4 c. seeded chili peppers
  • 1/2 c. cilantro
  • 1 c. apple cider
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a 6-quart saucepan.
