- 2 to 3 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into flowerets
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions

1Blanch broccoli until light green.

2Lay in bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

3Mix soup and mayonnaise; pour and spread over broccoli.

4Sprinkle with pecans and cheese.

5Mix crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
