Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 large bunch fresh broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 to 4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Steam broccoli, cut it up and place in bottom of casserole dish.

    Mix together soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion and mushrooms. Put aside a large handful of cheese (to sprinkle on top).

    Fold the rest of the cheese into the mixture.

    Spoon mixture on top of broccoli.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top to cook.

    Cook for 45 to 55 minutes, until top is golden at 350°.
