Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 tube Hi Ho or Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Cook and drain broccoli and put into buttered casserole dish. Slice Velveeta cheese over top of broccoli or slice enough to cover.

    Melt oleo and crush one tube of crackers.
  3. 3
    Mix crushed crackers into oleo and spread on top of casserole.
  4. 4
    Bake, uncovered, in 300° oven for 45 minutes.
